Baking powder 1 1/4 teaspoon
Egg (M size) 1
Sugar 30g
1 tablespoon of water
Salad oil 1 tsp
Whipped cream
Fresh cream 100ml
Sugar 10g
mashed sweet bean paste 100g
Salted butter 40g
How to make
1. Salted butter is divided into 4 equal parts.
2. Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix with a whisk until it becomes whitish.
3. After shaking the flour and baking powder, mix with a rubber spatula to scoop up from the bottom, wrap and rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
4. Add water and mix with a rubber spatula.
5. In a frying pan, thinly spread the salad oil with kitchen paper and pour 4 so that the diameter is about 8cm.
6. Bake on low heat for about 2 minutes, turn over if bubbles and bubbles come out on the surface. Bake it for about 1 minute, remove it from the fire when it has been baked and cooked.
7. Make whipped cream. Put cream and sugar in a separate bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until horns stand.
